Transformer Manufacturing Industry Profile- Transformer Fabrication EngineerQualification- B.Tech / M.Tech - Mechanical, Electrical, , EEE, EISalary- Upto 5 Lac CTC Experience: 5+ Years in Transformer Industry.Job Location- Jaipur (Raj.)Job Description -Plan and execute fabrication and machining / tool room related activities for inhouse developments.Able to read & understand the designs / assembly drawings / part drawings of Jigs / fixtures / customized equipment / material handling equipment etc.Make a list of Raw Material needed as per the drawings.Coordination with Purchase Department for procurement by following the company systems & procedures.Plan and arrange the resources / accessories needed like welding fixtures / drilling jigs / templates etc.Plan and arrange consumables needed for gas cutting, welding, shot blasting, painting, cutters / blades needed for different machines / powered tools, coolants etc.Manage fabrication team involving fitters, welders, helpers etc.Manage machining team involving basic operations like turning, milling, grinding, drilling etc.Manage tool room activities like cutter regrinding / sharpening etc.Coordination with maintenance team and ensure preventive maintenance of all the equipment & tools under his control.Prepare detailed BOM as per the fabrication drawings.Prepare necessary cutting plan for both fabrication and machining.
