Responsibilities

General Summary....

Staff level attorney to provide general legal, transactional, labor and employment advice, counsel and management of transaction and related matters

for FedEx Supply Chain, Inc (the Company).

This position will be responsible for.....
• Collaborate with internal business clients and FedEx attorneys.
• Create, update, and review policies and procedures to ensure that the Company is operating in compliance with regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met, as well as Company contracting policies.
• Study major areas of concern to the Company to recommend appropriate plans of action including changes to policies and procedures.
• Represent the company before federal, state and local courts, administrative agencies and/or other third-parties.
• Engage, oversee, direct and/or evaluate the performance and progress of outside counsel representing the Company to ensure requisite expert legal advice is obtained when/as necessary.
