Job Description
Role Description The Training Placement Officer at Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training, Raipur will coordinate and manage student placement activities on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with airlines, hospitality, travel, and customer service organizations; identifying suitable job opportunities; and organizing campus recruitment drives. The role involves preparing students for interviews through soft skills and employability training, conducting mock interviews, and facilitating industry interactions such as guest lectures and career seminars. The Training Placement Officer will track placement outcomes, maintain placement records, collaborate with faculty for curriculum alignment with industry needs, and provide regular placement updates to management. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Raipur center.
Qualifications
• Strong Campus Placement and College Recruiting skills, with experience coordinating recruitment drives or corporate outreach.
• Excellent Communication and Soft Skills, with the ability to counsel students and interface effectively with corporate partners.
• Demonstrated Training abilities, including delivering workshops, interview preparation sessions, and employability skill programs.
• Prior experience in education, vocational training, or talent acquisition, preferably in aviation, hospitality, travel, or customer service sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification in Management, Human Resources, or Education is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation and placement reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management; familiarity with placement tracking tools or CRM systems is beneficial.
