Pie Matrix is looking for an Event Management Intern to join our Gurugram team!
We're looking for an Event Management Intern who can turn ideas into real, on-ground experiences β pop-ups, stargazing meetups, brand activations β that get people looking up at the sky and talking about it.
This role is for someone who understands that a great event isn't just about logistics β it's about creating moments people remember, show up for, and share.
Location: Gurugram
Stipend: βΉ10,000 β βΉ12,000/month
Type: Internship
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups and stargazing meetups.
- Coordinate vendors, venues and logistics on the ground.
- Support influencer and brand partnership events end-to-end.
- Manage event budgets, timelines and checklists.
- Capture event content for social media and reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content and Design teams.
- Gather post-event feedback and insights.
- Track experiential and event trends.
WHO YOU ARE
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Great communicator, comfortable with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for astronomy or experiential marketing is a plus.
