Duties/Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Training Need Analysis (TNA), Training Need Identification (TNI)
• Conducting Induction Program, Refresher Trainings, Product Training, awareness training, imparting training for new policy process etc.
• Employee Engagement, Planning RR Activities, festivals celebrations, events, fun Activities and special occasions etc.
• Designing training program, training content, PPT and Material.
• Ensures timely availability of training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
• Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry.
• Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
