Training Manager - Hotel
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis:
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and consultation with departmental managers.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
Program Development and Delivery:
Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive training program for all departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and back-of-house staff.
Facilitate onboarding/orientation sessions for new employees.
Conduct regular refresher training sessions and compliance training (e.g., health & safety, fire safety, hygiene).
Organize customer service and hospitality skill-building workshops.
Performance Management Support:
Work with department heads to support employee performance improvement and development plans.
Support implementation of career progression programs and succession planning.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
Maintain detailed training records and generate reports for management.
Ensure compliance with brand and legal training requirements.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with external training providers and hospitality institutions as needed.
Act as a liaison between HR and operational departments to align training with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Proven experience designing and executing successful training programs.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and modern training tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
