We’re looking for a fearless, passionate, hardworking Assistant Shop Manager to join the team at our BurgerFuel store.
Although the title is Assistant Shop Manager, we also really want a Leader (yip, they’re two different things). This means you’ll not only need to take on all the regular operational tasks of a BurgerFuel Shop Manager (like following systems, reporting and creating rosters), you’ll also need to lead, inspire and unite your team of staff in true BurgerFuel style.
To be successful as a BurgerFuel Assistant Shop Manager you will need:
The ability to roll up your sleeves and lead by example
Exceptional time management
Outstanding communication skills
High standards
The ability to cultivate and maintain our unique BurgerFuel culture
Passion for providing excellent customer service
Commitment to working in a fast paced, high energy environment where weekends and nights are the norm.
Work a 5 day a week roster including weekends and nights
