About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Tracking the stock and informing well in time about the things required, maintaining a record of all given logistics
• Identifying and informing about any damage to fixed or moveable assets in the academy
• Updating war room data on a weekly basis
• Overseeing the cleanliness and the maintenance in the class and informing about any shortfalls
• Keeping a record of student absenteeism and highlighting any cases of deviation from standard rules of attendance
• Connecting with trainers for daily photocopies of class material and keep a record of the same.
• Collecting regular administrative and training feedback from students on a weekly basis
• Tracking candidates' attendance and assessment results for all ongoing batches in MBGA and PTC
• Maintaining attendance records of non-German language interactions and student coordination of the same. Link and messaging on WhatsApp
• Sharing regular updates from the academy for social media to the marketing team.
• Assistance in the library to maintain the books records and other study materials for the proper issuance of books
