Training and Development Lead

Job description
As a Training Manager, your role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business goals. You will be responsible for identifying training needs across outlets, cafes, and support functions. Additionally, you will design training calendars, budgets, and performance metrics.Key Responsibilities:- Create and deliver training modules for various areas including customer service & guest engagement, food & beverage product knowledge, SOPs, hygiene, health, and safety compliance, upselling, cross-selling, revenue enhancement, and supervisory and leadership development.- Develop e-learning, classroom, and on-the-job training formats.- Ensure consistency in training delivery across all outlets.- Monitor compliance with food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO.- Conduct mystery audits, skill assessments, and refresher programs.- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trainers across locations.- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Brand teams to ensure alignment.- Track and analyze training effectiveness through KPIs such as guest satisfaction, employee productivity, attrition, and sales performance.- Provide regular training reports and insights to senior leadership.- Recommend continuous improvements in L&D practices.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 7 years of experience in training & development.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work full-time with benefits such as Provident Fund
