Summary

We are seeking a Trainer to join our Merry Maids® team. This role is essential in developing and delivering training programs that empower our team members to provide exceptional service. You will play a key role in enhancing the skills of our staff, ensuring they thrive in their roles and contribute positively to the client experience.

Responsibilities

Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of team members.
Conduct engaging training sessions using various methods, including presentations and hands-on activities.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments, adjusting programs as necessary.
Research industry best practices to continuously improve training content.
Support new hires with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Requirements

Proven experience in training or instructional design, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
