It combines the best features of financial markets and spot markets. Its main role is to provide a complete solution to its customers including trade-facilitation, collateral management, logistics and supply chain management, and clearing and settlement. Spot provides customized solutions to farmers, traders, processors, exporters, importers, arbitrageurs, investors, and other participants related to commodity procurement, storage, marketing, warehouse receipt financing, etc.

About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the senior HR admin

2. Helping with other HR operations

3. Managing the end-to-end recruitment

4. Performing reference and background checks

5. Conducting Skype interviews to validate candidates' IDs

6. Finding and recruiting employees that advance company objectives

7. Working on the day-to-day activities

8. Participating in planning and development

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 15th May'23 and 1+th Jun'23

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Ahmedabad

5. have relevant skills and interests
