Job Description
REED FE are looking for dedicated Adult Skills Trainer with expertise in Level 2 Adult Social Care courses. This role is crucial for delivering targeted training and managing learners to help them achieve qualifications in these fields.
Adult Social Care Trainer
Contract Type: 1-3 months with potential to extend
Salary: £30ph depending on experience and qualifications
Location: Office based at North and East London ( required travel between sites )
Start Date: Asap in the next few weeks
Day-to-day of the role of an Adult Social Care Trainer :
Deliver accredited training sessions in Adult Social Care
Manage a caseload of 15-20 learners, ensuring personalized support and guidance.
Travel between training sites in London as necessary.
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate successful qualification achievement.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of learners' progress and milestones.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Adult Social Care Trainer :
Must hold a relevant teaching qualification level 3 or above.
Must hold an assessing qualification e.g A1, CAVA, TAQA ect
Specialised knowledge and experience in delivering to Adult learners
Required to have an Enhanced DBS check covering Child and Adult barred list
Proven ability to manage and deliver effective training to adult learners.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
