You'll work alongside the Head Coach to coach group, team, and personal training sessions, mentor and develop our team of coaches, and ensure every session meets the D1 standard — all while building real relationships with the athletes and families we train

Assist in coaching and overseeing group, semi-private, team, and personal training sessions

Teach and reinforce proper technique, speed, strength, and movement patterns for athletes ages 7 to adult

Assistant Head Coach — D1 Training Melbourne
D1 Training Melbourne is looking for an Assistant Head Coach to help lead our coaching staff and deliver the best training experience in Melbourne. You'll work alongside the Head Coach to coach group, team, and personal training sessions, mentor and develop our team of coaches, and ensure every session meets the D1 standard — all while building real relationships with the athletes and families we train. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity with a clear path to Head Coach and beyond as we grow.

Qualifications
• AED/CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain quickly)
• At least one NCCA-accredited certification (NSCA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.)
• 2+ years coaching experience (group, team, or personal training) preferred
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred, not required)
