Responsibilities:
• Make 60-80 outbound calls daily to potential candidates.
• Screen candidates over phone calls as per job requirements.
• Share shortlisted profiles with the team.
• Maintain Excel trackers and candidate databases.
• Generate referrals from candidates.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
