What are we looking for?

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Canberra office for a motivated Trainee Junior Legal Assistant to join our National Work Road team. This role will have you supporting the Workers Compensation team. This is a full time role and a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in legal support! We are open to hybrid work arrangement on completion of sufficient training.

This role will have you responsible for providing one on one administrative support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Your daily duties will include

Providing a great level of care and support to our clients in a professional manner
Supporting the lawyer and team with general file management and administration
Coordinating appointments for our lawyers and medico-legal appointments for our clients
Communicating with clients, insurers and other professionals both in writing and verbally
Compiling court documents
