Job Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced IP Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end brand protection for our prestigious clients, developing effective litigation strategies, and representing rights holders in legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end brand protection for clients.
• Develop effective litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Conduct enforcement actions.
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements.
• Assess infringement cases.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on IP law and regulations.
• Support Brand Monitor's business operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in law (LLB).
• Proven experience in IP litigation.
• Strong knowledge of Indian IP laws.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.Demonstrable experience and professional connections in the Delhi NCR legal space.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
