• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
"At least 15-20 years of experience in coal mining law and arbitration

• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations related to coal mining and arbitration

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
