About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Support daily trade administration and operational coordination tasks
Assist with documentation, records, data entry, and file management
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, vendors, and internal departments
Monitor schedules, service updates, order information, and follow-up tasks
Prepare basic reports, status updates, and administrative summaries
Help maintain accurate business records and organised workflow systems
Follow company procedures, timelines, and service standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
No extensive experience required
Previous experience in administration, customer service, logistics, business support, or office coordination is an advantage
Fresh graduates or early-career applicants are encouraged to apply
Skills

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
