Job Description – TL cum Trainer (Sales)

Location: Jaipur
Experience: 3–5 Years
Work Mode: Work From Office

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead cum Trainer – Sales for a D2C brand. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving performance, and conducting regular training sessions to improve conversions and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve daily & monthly targets
• Conduct onboarding and sales training sessions
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Improve sales scripts, objection handling, and conversion strategies
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate with management for process improvements

Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Telesales, preferably in D2C/E-commerce
• Prior experience in team handling and sales training
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Target-driven with good analytical ability
• Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools

Preferred
• Experience in customer retention and upselling
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
