Warehouse Engineer
for our Esteemed client who can join us Immediately.

Warehouse Engineer
Experience: -
1 Year+
CTC : - Best in Industry
Notice Period: -
Immediate to 15 Days
Job Location: -
Pune (On-Site/WFO)
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success regarding technical aspects of machines.
Communicate machine specifications, functionality, and any technical updates to customer success clearly and accurately.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and drawings for new machines.
Collaborate with the engineering and assembly teams to resolve any technical issues and provide machine-specific guidance.
Assist the warehouse team in machine assembly by interpreting technical drawings and troubleshooting issues.
Ensure the smooth flow of information between the warehouse, production, and the customer success teams.
Support the development of new machines by drafting technical designs, specifications, and improvements.
Help organize and maintain technical records, ensuring that all machine details are properly documented for future reference.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes related to machine handling and technical accuracy.
Required Qualifications : -
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent technical communication skills, with the ability to translate complex machine details into understandable information for customers.
Familiarity with
machine design ,
assembly , and
technical troubleshooting .
Proficiency in
drafting tools and software
(e.g.,
AutoCAD, SolidWorks ) for technical drawing.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate between Team player with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Additional Skills (Preferred) :
Experience in warehouse or production environments with machine-related work.
Knowledge of vending machines or automated systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
