Job Description
Aspire For Her Management And Consultancy Private Limited (AFH) is pleased to have an opportunity to collaborate with a leading Technology Implementation Consulting partner firm for banks, insurance, capital market & financial services in enabling gender diversity and work towards a better economy.
Total experience: 6 to 8years
• Application development / support / enhancements / bug-fixing.
• Design and develop high complexity integration platform solutions on Tibco BW.
• Should have good hands on and knowledge on Tibco BW 5 x, EMS and Administration.
• Admin deployment and maintenance, Basic knowledge on Tibco rendezvous.
• Design and develop SQL queries for the interfacing solutions required
• Should be able to work on the basic UNIX shell scripting commands.
• Prepare test plans and conduct Unit, Integration, Regression, Performance & Functional Testing.
• Deployment of system components - Application, Shell Scripts and Databases.
Requirements:
• Intermediate to Expert level knowledge in Tibco ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5 X (Tibco BW 5 X) Intermediate level of Database (SQL) skills
• Basic to Intermediate level knowledge of Middleware Messaging application (e. g. Tibco EMS)
• Basic level knowledge in Tibco Administration activities (e. g. deployment and support for EAI applications, etc. ).
• Good Understanding on CI/CD Pipeline
• Strong knowledge of version control tools, preferably Bit bucket
• Basic Knowledge on Linux/Unix environment (basic commands, shell scripting, etc. )
• Ability & willingness to learn & work on diverse technologies (languages, frameworks, and tools)
• Thorough understanding of complete Software Development Lifecycle
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and inclination to constantly upgrade on new technologies and frameworks.

• Basic Understanding of OOPS concept
• Exposure to financial domain.
• Familiar with Deal booking system like Kondor+
• Basic Knowledge on Micro service architecture
