Diploma / Degree/PG Diploma in IT/Computer Science from recognized institution.
5+ Years of experience in relevant field
Cisco unified communications manager knowledge - 12/14 Ver.
Cisco voice gateway knowledge
Cisco protocol - Sip, H323, CUBE, MGCP knowledge
Good understanding on Cisco unity connection and UCCX
Troubleshoot Cisco call routing issue and it's configuration
Good knowledge on Cisco dial-peer
Perform MACD operation on IP phone
UCCX scripting knowledge will get more advantages
