Vireo Video is looking for a top-tier YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our team part-time. You’ll create eye-catching visuals for some of the world’s most innovative brands and thought leaders. If you obsess over what makes people click, understand how to stop the scroll, and have the creative and technical chops to both conceptualize and design expert thumbnails, we want to chat.
Our YouTube agency works exclusively with industry-leading brands and thought leaders. They’re not chasing random viral moments; they’re growing sustainable audiences, driving conversions, and building brand authority. That means the thumbnails you create won’t just be eye-catching, they’ll be on-brand, strategic, and built to turn attention into results.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
3+ years of experience designing high-performing YouTube thumbnails. Ideally, for corporate brands (not just creators) across a variety of niches
Strong technical expertise with Adobe creative suite and other tools that support design
Deep understanding of click psychology and what drives engagement
Strong grasp of color theory, composition, and typography
Always in-the-know on the latest YouTube design trends
Deeply passionate and knowledgeable about YouTube content and thumbnails
Fast and efficient without sacrificing quality, delivering polished designs on tight deadlines
Highly detail orientated and committed to delivering your best work every time
Can explain design choices clearly and adapt to feedback.
Self-starter mentality who knows how to prioritize, take initiative, and solve problems
Dependable, reliable and consistent in all things
