Role OverviewManage Finance & Accounts, Budgeting, Reporting, MIS, Taxation (TDS & GST), Auditing, and Inventory Control. The ideal candidate should have experienced in preparing financial statements and managing accounts.Key Responsibilities1) Finance & Accounts: Maintain and finalize books of accounts including P&L and Balance Sheet.Prepare Cash, Journal, Receipt, Payment, and Contra vouchers in Tally. Handle monthly Bank Reconciliation (BRS).2) Budgeting & Reporting: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of monthly Trial Balance. Prepare Income & Expenditure Statements, Balance Sheet annexures, and MIS reports for the Head Office. 3) Taxation & ComplianceEnsure timely TDS deductions, returns, and statutory compliance. Assist in GST-related working, documentation, and invoice preparation. Verify purchase procedures and ensure strong internal controls.4) Coordination & AdministrationCommunicate with suppliers, contractors, banks, and internal departments. Verify vouchers, bills, and supporting documents before processing payments.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong accounting knowledge.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a CA firm; university/institutional experience preferred.- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and financial reporting.
