Job Description
A Testing & Designing Engineer is responsible for developing, analyzing, and improving product designs while ensuring quality through rigorous testing procedures. The role involves creating detailed design plans using engineering software, preparing technical drawings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
The engineer conducts various tests on materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet safety, performance, and quality standards. They identify defects, analyze test results, and implement design modifications to enhance efficiency and reliability. Maintaining accurate documentation of test procedures, results, and design changes is a key part of the role.
The Testing & Designing Engineer also works closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs and resolve any technical issues. They must stay updated with industry standards, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve product performance.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks are essential. The role requires effective communication and the ability to work both independently and within a team to deliver high-quality engineering solutions within deadlines
