Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee our sales operations within Alberta and British Columbia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales in the agricultural equipment market with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients while driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
A company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, expense card are provided.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through effective business development strategies.
Engage with Dealers to understand their needs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
Track sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth.

Skills:
Post-secondary education preferred with related industry experience.
Proven experience in outside sales at the dealer level.
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Proficiency in Microsoft and CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales processes.
Strong analytical skills to assess market data and develop actionable insights.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Experience in account management, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
A proactive approach to business development, seeking out new opportunities for growth.
