Job Description
Role: Territory Manager
What You'll Own
Implement effective project management frameworks for residential interior projects
Manage design and site delivery teams and track performance
Ensure timely project completion aligned with client needs and quality standards
Monitor project deliverables, risks, and manage changes/variations
Drive coordination and collaboration across all stakeholders
Manage vendors and business partners through project completion
Track progress and share structured reports with clients and internal teams
Act as escalation point between client and Livspace to ensure smooth delivery
What We're Looking For
Degree in Architecture / Interior Design; PG in Project/Construction Management (preferred from Tier 1 institutes).
Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction / interior fit-outs.
Strong project management skills with a process-driven approach and problem-solving mindset.
Experience managing residential, retail, and office interior projects.
Good understanding of trades, vendors, and subcontractors in interior fit-outs.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
