Job Summary:
As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire tender process from tender identification to submission and post-award activities. Based in our facility in Jaipur, you will play a critical role in securing new business opportunities through effective tender management. Your duties will include identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting tender documents, managing bid bonds and earnest money deposits (EMDs), and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills will be essential in achieving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Identification and Analysis:
Identify relevant tender opportunities aligned with the company's business objectives and capabilities.
Analyze tender documents, including specifications, requirements, and evaluation criteria, to determine suitability and feasibility.
Tender Preparation and Submission:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and finance teams, to gather required information and documents for tender submission.
Prepare and review tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
Submit tender documents according to the specified procedures and timelines, both electronically and in hard copy as required.
Bid Bonds and EMDs Management:
Obtain bid bonds and earnest money deposits (EMDs) from financial institutions or through online payment portals.
Ensure timely submission of bid bonds and EMDs along with tender documents.
Monitor and track the status of bid bonds and EMDs, including retrieval after tender closure or award.
Tender Evaluation and Negotiation:
Participate in tender evaluation processes, including technical and commercial evaluations.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare responses to clarification requests and participate in tender negotiations as required.
Contract Review and Compliance:
Review contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
Identify and address any discrepancies or risks in tender documents and contracts.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the tender process.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Act as the primary point of contact for tender-related inquiries and communications.
Post-Award Activities:
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate contract handover and project initiation after successful tender award.
Assist in the preparation and submission of post-award documentation, such as performance bonds and insurance certificates.
Tender Database Management:
Maintain a comprehensive database of tender opportunities, including tracking key dates, outcomes, and feedback.
Analyze tender results and feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future tender strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in tender management, procurement, or contract management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Strong understanding of tender processes, including bid preparation, submission, and evaluation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical and commercial information.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to tendering and contracting.
Certification in procurement or contract management (e.g., CIPS, NCMA) is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
