Our team of qualified divers and technical staff bring extensive expertise in underwater surveying, asset inspection, construction and demolition, ship maintenance, water industry projects, and environmental services.

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Commercial Divers to join our growing team. Based in Melbourne with projects extending into regional Victoria, this is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and challenging assignments within a company that values its people and prioritises professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

Conducting underwater inspections, repairs, and maintenance on structures, vessels, and equipment
Performing underwater welding, cutting, salvage and demolition operations
Operating and maintaining diving equipment (SSBA, helmets, suits, compressors, breathing apparatus)
Carrying out underwater surveys, data collection, videography/photography, ultrasonic thickness testing, and cathodic protection testing
Adhering to all safety standards and participating in HSE documentation and planning
Working collaboratively with surface teams to ensure safe and efficient job execution
Documenting diving operations, reporting progress, conditions, and any encountered issues
Supporting general maintenance and repair of plant, hydraulic, pneumatic, and vessel systems
About You
We’re looking for individuals who:

Are strong communicators with the ability to foster positive team relationships
Thrive under pressure and can manage competing priorities effectively
Are physically fit and capable of performing the demanding nature of commercial diving
Have strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
Essential Qualifications Requirements

ADAS Occupational SSBA to 30m (Part 2)
Valid Occupational Diver Medical (AS/NZS 2299.1)
CPR (HLTAID009) and Oxygen Therapy (HLTAID015)
First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) or equivalent
White Card
Current Driver’s Licence
Highly Regarded (but not essential)

HR Driver’s Licence
Coxswain or Master 5 Certification
Dive System Maintenance Repair Technician certification
WorkSafe Forklift Licence (LF)
Basic Dogging or Rigging certification
Valid MSIC Card
