Tender Manager Bid & Tender Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Manager to lead and manage our end-to-end tendering, bidding, and proposal submission process. You will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, evaluating bid requirements, preparing technical and commercial documentation, and ensuring error-free, timely submissions on government and private portals.
Key Responsibilities1. Tender Search & Evaluation
• Track and monitor tender portals (GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement, and private portals) daily for relevant opportunities.
• Analyze Tender Documents, RFPs (Request for Proposal), RFQs (Request for Quotation), and EOIs (Expression of Interest) to evaluate eligibility criteria and risk factors.
2. Bid Preparation & Submission
• Prepare, organize, and compile complete technical and commercial bid packages in compliance with tender guidelines.
• Coordinate with technical, sales, and finance teams to gather accurate cost estimates, product specifications, and pricing models.
• Manage Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), online portal uploads, and participation in live reverse auctions (RA).
3. Documentation & Financial Compliance
• Arrange Earnest Money Deposits (EMD), Bank Guarantees (BG), and tender fees with the finance department.
• Maintain an up-to-date repository of company profile documents, past work completion certificates, financial audits, and compliance credentials.
4. Client & Vendor Liaison
• Draft and submit pre-bid queries, represent the company at pre-bid meetings, and follow up on addendums/corrigendums.
• Coordinate with post-award teams for contract signing and project handovers.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–6+ years of hands-on experience in bid and tender management.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP, and state-level e-procurement portals.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat/PDF editors.
• Competencies:
• Exceptional attention to detail and zero-tolerance for formatting/document errors.
• Strong project management and time-management skills under tight submission deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
