Become the Senior IP Network Engineer at Telesat and lead the design of cutting-edge network architectures. Your skills in IP routing, firewalls, and network optimization will be invaluable. As a Senior IP Network Engineer, you will direct the network architecture for our upcoming LEO satellite network.
With your profound understanding of network technologies and over 10 years of experience, you will ensure our solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with corporate objectives. Engage with cross-functional teams to elevate network performance and security compliance. Key Responsibilities:
• Architect complex IP network solutions focused on scalability
• Design secure networks with firewalls and VPNs
• Assess network performance and recommend optimizations
• Oversee testing and validation processes for network solutions
• Mentor junior team members in best practices Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
• 10+ years in designing IP networks
• Preferred certifications like CCIE or CCNP
• Expertise in security practices related to network design
• Experience with automation tools such as Python or Ansible Lead Telesat's innovative network infrastructure for a new era of broadband connectivity.
