Long-Term Phone Sales Opportunity – Full-Time, Weekdays (PST Hours)

We’re looking for talented and motivated sales professionals to join our team at Local Splash! This is a long-term, full-time role (40 hours/week), with working hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Make 200–400 cold calls daily

- Generate your own outbound pipeline

- Access to autodialer (Vicidial)

- Receive inbound calls and handle them professionally

- Conduct follow-up calls with warm leads

- Build interest and qualify small business prospects

- Collect key information to help identify the best solutions for potential clients

Requirements:

- Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing

- Proven experience generating and managing your own pipeline of leads

- A quiet, professional work environment with a reliable internet connection:

- Minimum: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload speed

- Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)

- Must be comfortable working independently and meeting daily call goals

Compensation:

- Hourly pay + uncapped bonuses

- On-target earnings: $25,000–$40,000 USD per year
