About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote products at retail stores to increase brand awareness and sales.
2. Interact with customers, explain product features, and address their queries.
3. Conduct product sampling and demonstrations to encourage customer trials.
4. Drive sales by engaging customers and recommending suitable products.
5. Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and stock availability at retail outlets.
6. Visit retailers regularly to generate orders and strengthen business relationships.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and store staff.
8. Support field sales activities and complete assigned tasks to achieve sales objectives.
