Role and Responsibilities:
❖ Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls.
❖ Answer their queries professionally and provide information about our services.
❖ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client’s requests.
❖ Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients.
❖ Keeping a close eye on client’s feedback.
❖ Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients.
Required Skills:
❖ Strong communications skills.

❖ Basic computer skills.
❖ A relevant Bachelors/Master’s degree.
