Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently, following established protocols and safety measures.

Utilize specialized equipment and technology to analyze and interpret patient samples and produce reliable and accurate results.

Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functionality and reporting any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.

Process, label, and organize patient samples according to established protocols, ensuring proper identification and tracking of samples.

Adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results, including proper documentation and reporting of any discrepancies.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all established policies and procedures.

Communicate effectively and collaboratively with other members of the lab team and healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of test results.

Keep up-to-date with new developments and advancements in the field of medical laboratory science, including changes in technology, procedures, and regulations.

Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills.

Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy regulations, ensuring the security and protection of patient information.

Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, addressing any concerns or questions in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all tests performed and results obtained, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials and adherence to infection control measures.

Assist with inventory control and ordering of laboratory supplies, ensuring adequate levels of stock at all times.

Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
