About the Role
Nidhi Decor Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive to handle inbound inquiries and drive outbound sales outreach. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong drive to convert leads into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Handling: Promptly answer customer inquiries, understand their specific requirements, recommend suitable products, and convert inbound leads into confirmed sales while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Outbound Outreach: Proactively contact potential customers from provided databases, nurture warm leads through the sales funnel, handle objections gracefully, and reach out to existing clients for repeat business and upselling.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to maximize incentive earnings. Continuously refine your pitch and call quality to improve conversion rates.
CRM & Data Management: Accurately log all calls, lead statuses, and customer interactions in the CRM. Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and pipelines, and generate daily/weekly reports for team leadership.
Team Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments (sales, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing. Share valuable customer feedback and market insights to improve overall team strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred (highly motivated freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
Communication: Excellent verbal skills in Hindi and English (fluency in regional languages is an advantage) with a clear, stable, and customer-friendly voice.
Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills, coupled with the ability to handle objections politely and effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy, including comfort with CRM software, MS Excel, and email communication.
Attributes: Confident, energetic, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a goal-driven environment under pressure.
Availability: Must be willing to work full-time from our Goregaon office.
Training & Onboarding
We set our team up for success. New hires will receive:
A comprehensive 5-day training period before going live on calls.
In-house training on our CRM software.
In-depth product knowledge and sales pitch coaching.
Work Schedule & Benefits
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Work Mode: Work from Office (Goregaon)
Breaks: 45-minute lunch break and a 15-minute tea break
Leaves: 2 per month only to be taken on weekdays only and not on weekends

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
