Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Outreach:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on leads provided by the company.
Introduce and explain Digta Wealth Networks' services to potential customers.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify client needs and present suitable financial solutions.
Schedule consultations for senior advisors to further assist potential clients.
3. Relationship Building:
Build rapport with clients to establish trust and long-term relationships.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all client interactions.
4. Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Track and report sales metrics regularly.
5. Data Management:
Maintain an accurate database of client interactions, feedback, and status in CRM systems.
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline.
6. Collaboration:
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
0–3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand financial concepts and convey them to clients effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
