Our menu includes a variety of popsicles, gelato ice-cream, and desserts such as ice cream waffles, sundaes, doughnuts, milkshakes, and ice cream cakes. Our goal is to bring a satisfactory smile to consumers' faces while they enjoy our delicious and healthier A-grade offerings.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-sales Executive at My Scuzo International Pvt. Ltd. located in New Delhi. The Tele-sales Executive will be responsible for conducting sales calls, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our range of popsicles, gelato ice-cream, and desserts. They will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Tele-sales Executive will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.
Criteria
Experienced in Franchise Sales calling.
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities
• Proven experience in sales or telemarketing
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Good knowledge of our products and offerings
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• High school diploma or equivalent
