Job Title: Tele Caller - Microsoft Software Sales and Customer Support
Job Description: Planet Retail is a leading provider of Microsoft software products and solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tele Caller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Microsoft software products and providing exceptional customer support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Contacting potential customers by phone and email to sell Microsoft software products and services
• Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer focus and commitment to providing exceptional service
• Familiarity with Microsoft software products and solutions
• Ability to learn new software and technical concepts quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
