About the RoleBe responsible for engaging and promoting our services to clients through phone interactions and collaborate with the sales team.Responsibilities will include:- Actively reaching out to potential customers to promote and sell our services- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients- Identifying customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activitiesKey performance indicators- Leads contacted- Number of new leads- Conversion rateMinimum Qualifications, Competencies and Experience- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers- Experience in a similar role.- Highly motivated and resilient- Effectively handle customer inquiries and objections- Microsoft Office packageJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, CasualSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayWork Authorisation:- Australia (required)Work Location: In person
