Job Description
We Are Hiring a TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE
Salary: Rs.15,000 To Rs.20,000 Per Month + Incentives
Qualification: Minimum HSC Passed or Any Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 06 Months To 01 Year Experience In Any Telecalling/BPO/Receptionist.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Initiating sales calls with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate appointments for field sales staff.
• Answering customers' questions on the products.
• Booking appointments for Team Leader and field sales Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Telecaller Skills Requirements:
• Excellent Communication Skills In English & Hindi.
• Creative Thinking Skills.
• The Patience & Ability To Engage Customers In Conversation.
• Working Knowledge Of Relevant MS Office & Basic Computer.
• Excellent Interpersonal & Problem-Solving Skills.
