We are looking for a Team Leader who can handle Tele sales ISP team . Candidates having Experience in Banking & Finance or Insurance Sector can also apply .
• Lead a team of tele calling /customer service Executives
• Team Handling experience is must. Should have handle 10-12 members team.
• Aggressively driving the team to achieve the target.
• Productivity Monitoring.
• Strong in building relationship with Team.
• Should train the team on the Product
• Strong in identifying the Tele-caller.
• Convincing and commending skill is required
