We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele callers to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, promote products/services, generate leads, or resolve queries. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Inbound Calling:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests efficiently.
Provide detailed information about products or services.
Resolve issues and escalate calls to appropriate departments if required.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
Outbound Calling:
Make outgoing calls to potential or existing customers.
Generate leads, pitch products/services, and convert prospects.
Conduct surveys, collect feedback, or follow up on previous interactions.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and maintain productivity.
Record call outcomes and update CRM or databases.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service/sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi .
Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and call center systems (preferred).
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
