Position Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team in Beawar. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Product/Service Presentation: Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
Lead Conversion: Persuade prospects to make a purchase or schedule appointments by effectively communicating product/service value propositions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and addressing their queries and concerns.
Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the team and the organization.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system and update relevant information regularly.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards during all customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: The minimum educational qualification required is 12th grade, but graduation is preferred.
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
Age: Candidates should be between 18 to 40 years old.
Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are essential.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively handle objections.
Persistence: Demonstrated ability to persevere in making sales calls and achieving targets.
Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
