TeleCaller Executive

We are searching for an engaged telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the telecaller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
• TELECALLER Duties & Responsibility As Follows:-

1. Make outbound calls to prospective students, aiming to generate leads and inquiries about our educational programs.

2. Provide detailed and accurate information about our educational courses, admission criteria, curriculum, fees, and other relevant details to potential students.

3. Offer academic and career counseling, assisting students in selecting the most suitable course or program based on their goals and interests.

4. Conduct follow-up calls with interested students, maintaining a positive and engaged relationship to facilitate the enrollment process.

5. Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets , while keeping records of calls made and conversions achieved.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
