Job Description
We are interested in hiring a dedicatedand hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our SalesDepartment.
Your main goal is to boost our salesby reaching out to the existing customers as well as potentialcustomers. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling salesover the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solvingquestions in regard to the product or service provided by thecompany.
In addition to this, you should collectdesired information from the clients and maintain healthy relationswith them. You are required to understand the customer srequirements and demands and close the sales deal efficiently. Youare also required to write down important information provided bythe customer and follow up with them on a regularbasis.
As an ideal candidate, you should be anexcellent communicator along with convincing abilities. Greatreport writing skills, amazing negotiation skills, and phenomenaltelephone etiquette are essential for this position.

Responsibilities
• Answeringphones and explaining the product and services offered by thecompany.
• Contacting existing customers as wellas prospective customers usingscripts.
• Obtaining customer information andother relevant data.
• Asking questions to thecustomer and understanding theirspecifications.
• Resolving queries and issuesrelated to the products and services.
• Makingrecordings of all the sales phone calls and salesdeals.
• Taking and processing product orders ina professional manner.
• Maintaining the databaseof the customers on a regular basis.
• Suggestingsolutions based on customer s needs andrequirements.
Requirements
• High school diploma orequivalent.
• Work experience as a Telecaller,TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the SalesDepartment.
• Professional certification salesand marketing will be an advantage.
• Greatinterpersonal skills.
• Exceptional oral andwritten communication skills.
• Strongorganizational skills.
• Ability to work in ateam or individually as and whenrequired.
• Ability to manage and handle multipletasks.
