Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads and databases.
• Handle inbound enquiries received through phone, website, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products and solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to maximize conversions.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Regularly follow up on pending enquiries and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Achieve daily calling targets, lead conversion goals, and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Comfortable using CRM software and online communication tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
• Experience in furniture, interiors, home décor, real estate, construction, or retail sales will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.
