Job Description: Tele Marketing Executive As a Telemarketing Executive, you will engage in sales activities. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers. • Explain product features and benefits. • Generate leads and set appointments. • Maintain accurate call records and reports. • Achieve weekly and monthly targets. • Engage with customers in Local Languages, Hindi and English. • Educate customers about product and service benefits. • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets. • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards. Requirements: • Experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in telecommunications. • Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi and English. • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, finance, or telecommunications is a plus.
