Job Description
Telesales Maketing Executive
We are an Internationa Medical Event company based in Dubai, and we are looking to hire a telemarketing executive to use their persuasion skills to sell, upsell and cross-sell the company’s products or services. From generating leads to processing and answering customer queries, you are required to handle all kinds of telephonic conversations representing a company. With the primary objective to meet sales targets, you are require to have strong communication and negotiation skills to excel in this job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Use your telesales executive skills to reach out to the target audience
Ensure the sale of the company’s offerings through the telephone
Act as a representative of the company and help customers with their queries
Develop and foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Update customers regarding the services and guide them toward what would suit their needs as a telemarketing executive
Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
Telesales Executive requirements and qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Telesales Marketing Executive or similar role
Experience with CRM automation software
Knowledge of computer skills excel, powerpoint, CRM, email (outlook, gmail, etc.), and creating PDF's. etc
Superb verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong time management skills
Excellent multitasking skills
Highly developed attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
