As a Tele-Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for outbound calling to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting our products/services, articulating value propositions, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through effective lead generation techniques.
• Communicate product/service features and benefits persuasively to prospects.
• Listen to customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Document all interactions and appointments accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in tele-marketing or outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with prospects.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
